- The default time is set to Eastern Time. If you are in Nova Scotia or Alberta, you can adjust your time zone by selecting Change Time Zone above the schedule. The time zone you select will be reflected in your account and any future appointment updates. If you are unable to do this, we will adjust your time zone after you schedule your first appointment.
